All the prices of this catalog are in Euros (EURO), VAT of  20% incl.

For the deliverable orders out of the European Union a deduction of this VAT is made at the time of your confirmation.


The payment of the orders is done in advance on line by bank card or by SWIFT transfer to arrange with your bank.


2 - By bank card: The price of the products is payable cash the day of the order. The bank cards carrying one of initials CB, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. The payment is carried out on line by means of protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a communication protocol of information which makes it possible to ensure the authentification, the confidentiality and the integrity of the data.

Manufacture/Treatment of your order

The ordered articles are generally dispatched under 15 to 20 days after reception of your payment. The articles being manufactured on order neither are shown, nor exchanged in accordance with the legislation in force. The exchange is granted for any manufacturing defect.

Errors of delivery

To be accepted, any return will have to be announced before hand by email to the Customer service of SININEN.

The consumer will have to inform SININEN by email the same day of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or nonconformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications being reproduced on the purchase order. Any complaint formulated beyond this time will be rejected.

The formulation of this complaint near SININEN have to be done by email. All information about the product on which the complaint is done as well as the reason of your return inquiry has to be clearly indicated in this message.

Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and the time limits could not be taken into account and will release the Company SININEN any responsibility with respect to the consumer.

With reception of the complaint, the Company SININEN will mention a return tracking number and will communicate it by e-mail or telephone with the consumer. The exchange of a product can take place only after attribution with the consumer of a number of exchange according to the step presented above.

To be accepted, any return will have to be announced as a preliminary to the Customer service of Company SININEN.

In the event of error of delivery, the expenses of sending are the responsibility of Company SININEN, except if it would prove that the product does not correspond to the one ordered.


In the event of error of delivery or request for exchange in the event of error of size, produced to exchange will have to be turned over to Company SININEN as in its packing of origin, accompanied by its invoice, in registered mail, with the following address:

with clearly visible mention outside the package of the return tracking number of exchange.

Any package without visible number of exchange will be refused.

Any incomplete sending (without the labelled plastic packaging of origin or without an invoice copy),

Any article having been used or being in a having a degraded aspect (because of stain(s), hair, fragance or being washed) having a degraded aspect will be turned over to the expenses of the consumer.


The goods dispatched inside the European Union are invoicees VAT included (19,6%). The orders bound for country outside this zone are invoicees Excluding VAT. The payment of the possible local taxes falls on the purchaser.


Each shipment bound for France is made in COLISSIMO Suivi.

A voluntary insurance is proposed at the time of your order.

Shipments bound for any other country are made by Air (PRIORITY) in INTERNATIONAL COLISSIMO (with French Postal Services "LA POSTE")

Allow from 4 to 10 days for delivery.
